1. Introductions & Agreement

By accessing or using the website www.mqxt.in (the “Site”) or placing an order or booking with MQXT (the “Restaurant”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“T&C”), our Privacy Policy and any other posted policies. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Site or place an order.

2. Use of the Site

  • This Site is provided to facilitate bookings, orders (delivery/take-away), and provide information about our menu, offers and the Restaurant.

  • All content on the Site (text, images, graphics, logos) is either owned by us or used under license and is protected by intellectual property laws.

  • You must be of legal age (as per your jurisdiction) to use the Site and place orders. You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.

3. Orders, Payments & Prices

  • Menu items, pricing, offers and promotions available via the Site are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Payment terms (methods accepted, when charged) will be as specified at the time of order/booking.

  • In the event of an obvious error in pricing or description, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse the order and refund any amount already paid.

4. Delivery, Take-Away & Dine-In

  • If you choose delivery or take-away, you are responsible for providing correct delivery address and any relevant instructions.

  • For dine-in bookings, house rules (such as booking times, acceptable behaviour, dress code) apply.

  • While we aim to meet specified delivery/take-away times, we cannot guarantee punctual performance in all cases (e.g., due to traffic, weather, staff availability).

5. Intellectual Property

  • All trademarks, service marks, graphics and content of the Site are our property or our licensors’ and may not be used, reproduced or distributed without our prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer of Warranties

  • The Site and all services are provided on an “as-is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties (express or implied) that services will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a specific purpose.

  • To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, our liability to you for any claim arising in connection with the Site or services is limited to the amount paid by you in the relevant transaction (if any). We shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These T&C shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata (West Bengal), unless otherwise agreed in writing.
